Regular Orders Shipping

We offer fast and low-cost shipping for all regular orders, whether you're purchasing a small or large amount of tile. The standard delivery window for most orders is 5-10 business days. If an earlier delivery is necessary, please check available expedited shipping options while check out or contact us!

Additional charges apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands or a hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via air or ferry. These fees will be calculated once your order is processed, and we will get in touch with you to collect payment for these charges. Your order will be shipped promptly once we have received your payment.

Pallet orders and delicate material (porcelain tiles) may need to be shipped via freight carriers. These orders are curbside delivery only. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. Failure to schedule an appointment within 24 hours may result in additional fees (storage, re-delivery, etc.)


Returns

Aloft Tiles welcomes returns within a 30-day timeframe following your order. 

1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing info@alofttiles.com. Returns will not be accepted without the form. 

In your email request, include:

  • The quantity of tile you are returning.
  • Your order number.
  • The reason for your return.

After submitting your request, you will receive a completed RMA form within 72 hours. A copy of RMA must be printed out and packed along with returned tile.

2. Please note that a 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns.

3. Aloft Tiles doesn't pay for return shipping. All return shipping charges and arrangements are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. The following items are final sale and can not be returned: samples, clearance items, items marked as FINAL SALE, and custom orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. It is essential that all returns are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally received. We cannot provide a credit for items returned in a damaged state. It is crucial to ensure secure packaging for the returned items because our products are highly delicate. We strongly advise you to insure your return shipment and choose a shipping method with tracking. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

6. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.

 

Damaged Material

While we take great care in packing shipments for safe transit, occasional damage may still occur during the shipping journey.

Please email info@alofttiles.com within 72 hours. 

Your email must include:

  • The total quantity that is damaged.
  • Your order number.
  • Pictures of any damages.

If your pallet or boxes arrived with obvious damages, please make a note on the BOL (Bill of Lading). 

Please carefully examine all boxes for any concealed damages that may not be immediately evident. We can only address one claim per shipment. 

We ask for pictures so that we can file a claim with our shipping provider to ensure the issue is handled. Once we have received your email with photos and the number of pieces damaged, please allow us 24 hours to process and ship your replacement tile.

Please note that any damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery date in order to receive any credit.
